Import and Export - how to transfer data between accounts
Transferring data, scenarios, or configurations from one Latenode account to another.
To transfer scenarios or folders between different Latenode accounts, you can use the Export and Import features.
Exporting
- Exporting a scenario
Next to each scenario, youโll find an "Export scenario" option in the context menu (three dots). This allows you to download the scenario as a json file.

- Exporting a folder
In the context menu next to any folder, the "Export folder" option lets you export the entire folder as an archive. The archive includes all nested scenarios and folders, if any.

Importing
- Import into a specific folder
In the context menu of any folder, select "Import a folder or scenario" to upload previously exported json files directly into that folder.

- Import from the top menu
You can also use the "Import a folder or scenario" button located in the top toolbar. This allows importing files into the root or any selected structure.

Transferring all scenarios between accounts
To transfer all your scenarios from one account to another:
- Move all your scenarios into a single folder.
- Use the "Export folder" option to export the entire folder as an archive.
- Log into the target account and use the "Import a folder or scenario" option to upload the archive.
- Once imported, you'll need to recreate and reconnect all authorizations (tokens, API keys, etc.) manually, as these are not transferred with the scenarios.
